Style 304 Stainless
All elements are produced from AISI Type 304 (18-8) austenitic stainless steel. This material off ers very good chemical and temperature resistance in a broad selection of various applications. Since Form 304 stainless steel are not able to be heat treated the mechanical power and dress in effectiveness is inferior to typical carbon steel chains.
Style 316 Stainless
All parts are produced from AISI Style 316 Molybdenum-bearing stainless steel. The molybdenum offers the alloy improved general corrosion resistance compared with Style 304 stainless steel notably larger resistance to pitting and worry corrosion cracking in the presence of chlorides. Mechanical strength and dress in efficiency are related to Form 304 stainless steel chain.
600 Series Stainless
Pins, bushings and rollers are created from 17-4PH stainless steels which could be age hardened for improved resistance to put on elongation. The corrosion resistance of this series is equivalent (though slightly inferior) to Sort 304 stainless steel. The working temperature variety of this materials even so is also not as wide as Kind 304 stainless steel.
Mega Chain:
All elements are produced from AISI Variety 304 (18-8) austenitic stainless steel. Available in two versions (Mega Chain and Mega Chain II) which use diff erent bodily confi gurations to acquire supplemental power that is certainly very similar to that of carbon steel chains. The operating loads of these chains are superior to that of typical 304 stainless steel chains as a consequence of a greater pin/bushing bearing regions. In addition the two versions possess a distinctive labyrinth variety seal design that assists protect against the penetration of abrasive foreign resources to the inner wearing parts.
