After thorough investigation, it was found that a piston pin in the cylinder had fallen off.After replacing the piston pin, the "fuel injection symptom" is eliminated. At the beginning of November, DF4D No. 3321 locomotive had abnormal sound of the front gearbox. After the gearbox spindle was covered and checked according to the process, the gap of the spindle shaft was adjusted continuously and the cardan shaft was replaced. The gearbox was abnormal. The sound has not been eliminated.After two consecutive days and one night, the research team sorted out, analyzed and checked the fault phenomenon again and decided to conduct on-vehicle disassembly inspection of the gearbox.After two consecutive days of technical research, it was finally found that the abnormal sound of the gearbox was caused by the falling off of the exciter shaft oil seal oil sling pan.It is reported that since the launch of this activity, the Sankeshu Locomotive Depot has discovered and eliminated nearly ten hidden quality hazards of locomotives, which has greatly promoted the enthusiasm of cadres and employees for careful inspection and repair, and the enthusiasm for winning the winter sports and the overall improvement of vehicle repair skills. .
