2. After the cross universal drive shaft is installed, it runs normally for one shift. All fastening screws must be checked. If it is found to be loose, the torque must be tightened. Repeat this for several shifts to ensure that it will not loosen.
3. The sliding surface of the universal drive shaft, crosshead, bearings, etc. must be kept lubricated. Generally, use 2# industrial lithium-based grease or 2# molybdenum disulfide calcium-based grease, and run continuously for 500 hours under normal conditions. Refuel for two months. If you work under high temperature conditions, you must refuel once a week. When refueling, unscrew the oil hole screws on the bearing end and inject it with a high-pressure oil gun until it overflows.
4. The cross universal drive shaft must be maintained once after 3 months of use. If normal wear such as indentation is found, it should be replaced.
5. In order to prolong the service life of the cross universal joint drive shaft, the cross shaft should be turned 180 during maintenance, disassembly and washing. .In order to achieve the axial force, the force is used alternately
